For two days, we will be gathering in Orlando, Florida where we will be getting to know one another, expanding our vision and ‘talking church’ in a more intimate Round Table setting with Ps Steve and Sharon Kelly. With over 25 years of ministerial experience, you will hear valuable wisdom from Pastors Steve and Sharon Kelly as they share insights that have made Wave Church what it is today with multiple congregations across the country. This intimate setting allows for you as pastors to ask any crucial church life questions that would not be asked in a larger setting. Topics that will be covered will include: leadership, staffing, finances/salaries, team-building, personal marriage and family health, and much more. This close environment will give you a glimpse into the leadership patterns and principles of Ps Steve and Sharon Kelly and Wave Church.
