For two days, we will be getting to know one another, while expanding our vision and ‘talking church’ in a more intimate Round Table setting with Ps Steve and Sharon Kelly. With over 30 years of ministerial experience, you will hear valuable wisdom from Ps Steve and Sharon Kelly as they share insights that have made Wave Church what it is today with multiple campuses across the country. This intimate setting allows for you as pastors to ask any crucial church life questions. Topics that will be covered will include: leadership, staffing, finances/salaries, team-building, personal marriage and family health, and much more.
